NCS offers a variety of services for our clients including:

• Online Client Access: Account status and collection statistics. Reports customized to your needs. Report payments and update account information.
  
  
• Pre-Collection: Allows clients to assign an account for 30 days. Two notices are sent within that time period giving the consumer notice if not paid in full or arrangements made with your office, the account will become a reportable collection.
  
  
• Bad Debt Collections: Our skilled staff works diligently on getting results, while carefully following the laws of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
  
  
• Judgment Collections: We have an in-house legal department with the ability to file court complaints and asset attachments in the event that a viable payment arrangement cannot be reached.
